Dear Neighbors, Breeden Tree Service will be in and out of the park to give your forest a much needed pruning. They will be trimming some of the trees and removing any that could pose a danger. Due to the Ash Beetle that was been plaguing Iowa, we will unfortunately be removing the Ash Trees from the park.

To celebrate the new life for the community, the Mobile Home Park at 2925 Johnson Ave NW has officially be renamed Edgewood Forest Mobile Home Park.  Edgewood Forest was carefully selected for many reasons: Edgewood - helps provide a geographic location for the community. We are near the intersection of Edgewood and Johnson Ave, both important roads in Cedar Rapids. Forest - pays tribute to our beautiful mature and varied trees that provide shade in the summer, beauty in the winter and help ground the neighborhood in nature even though we are in a prime spot in the city. Watch for the new welcome signs! They will be installed by the end of September!.

New Life for an older Park We are happy to announce that the Mobile Home Park at 2925 Johnson Ave NW in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is under new management and ownership as of August 31st, 2018!  The new owners and management are working hard to make the community a wonderful place to live.  Repairs that are planned for the park on Johnson Avenue include: fixing & maintaining the roads  new homes tree trimming & maintenance new signs throughout the neighborhood  community activities official Neighborhood Watch Group New Name & Logo! The new ownership for this eastern Iowa trailer park will be actively working with the residents at 2925 Johnson Avenue to make it a great place to live.
