  Hello Neighbors, here is the link to pay rent online going forward: Pay online & check your Account: You will need the Tenant Web Portal account number at the top of your monthly rent statement, this was also on the letter sent out, to login. There are two numbers, the portal number is for the online account and the CashPay number is for paying at Walmart. We  NEVER  take cash in the community, but you can also use your Zego CashPay Account to pay cash at numerous Walmart, Hy-Vee and other locations.  Get your Zego CashPay account number from the park. Our beautiful forest is getting some tree trimming

Dear Neighbors, Breeden Tree Service will be in and out of the park to give your forest a much needed pruning. They will be trimming some of the trees and removing any that could pose a danger. Due to the Ash Beetle that was been plaguing Iowa, we will unfortunately be removing the Ash Trees from the park.
